Principal Software Development Engineer - SmartSearch, GDP Venture, Jakarta Jan 2025 - Oct 2025

SmartSearch is a modular search interface that integrates with existing search solutions to provide intelligent, federated, and context-aware search experiences. Smart Search is part of a larger project, the AI Chatbot. Smart Search focuses on how “search” is performed, including semantic search, hybrid search, PII handling, reranking, agentic workflows, MCP, deep research, and more. At a minimum, Smart Search will collaborate with the AI Chatbot as the main project, which consists of multiple services such as document processing, chunking, guardrails, fine tuning, and others.
